I have been meaning to write you for some time, but time sure flies once the wedding planning and the day itself have passed!
I wanted to say thank you for the absolutely GORGEOUS cake you made us for our May 4th wedding. It was exactly the cake I had dreamed of, and we have gotten so many comments from our guests (and non-guests who've seen the pictures!) about how beautiful it was! It also was the most delicious wedding cake I've ever had (possibly the most delicious cake of any kind!). So many people came up to us at the wedding and raved about it! And we ended up having a pretty large and crowd at our house the next day, excited to help us finish off the bottom 2 tiers! (The top tier is safely in our freezer, waiting for our one-year anniversary. And I have to say I can't wait till we get to eat it!)
I'll certainly be recommending you to anyone I know who's getting married in Ottawa! Thanks again, you did a wonderful job and we loved with the cake!

"I showed her an inspirational photo and she told me she had never made a cake like that but was up for the challenge. Well let me tell you, our guests are still approaching me about the amazing cake she made. She made it even NICER looking than the inspirational photo b/c of the different type of design she put on the cake it was beautiful and tasted amazing. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring her again to make a cake for any occasion."
